An Indian Patient suffering from ILD with completely fibrosed lungs was evacuated from St. Stephens Hospital on ECMO to a premier Lung transplant center in India.
The ECMO team of StanPlus headed by a cardiac anesthetist, went to Australia, initiated the patient on ECMO and transferred him safely for a lung transplant.
